Le professeur Franziska Krajinski (Max-Planck, Plant-Microbe Interactions research Group) présente le séminaire intitulé "Links between plant mineral nutrition and arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis development"

The group of Prof. Dr. Franziska Krajinski is interested in the arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) symbiosis, a mutualistic interaction between plant roots and fungi of the phylum Glomeromycota. The key element of this symbiosis is an exchange of nutrients. The fungus transfers mineral nutrients, particularly phosphorous, and the plant supplies the fungus with carbohydrates. The AM symbiosis occurs in ecosystems throughout the world and has a global impact on plant phosphorous nutrition.
